  -Celebrate the flavors of the harvest season with an unforgettable six-course wine dinner crafted by Terra Blanca Executive Chef Ray Torres. Savor fall-inspired cuisine, including highlights like slow-braised short rib with a rich Cabernet reduction, with each course thoughtfully paired with a perfectly matched Terra Blanca wine. Throughout the evening, Winemaker Keith Pilgrim will share insights into the 2026 harvest, the stories behind each featured wine, and the art of creating exceptional food and wine pairings.
